Hard to take off the cap but once you do you get a nice cold massage. I recommend putting a little less water

I think this is 5 stars because it really holds all the water in making it ice and also good stability. It also does help smooth out all the bumps i used to have a bump in my forehead, but after using this it’s gone now so i highly recommend this!
