Shipping Policy

At NowTrend, we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect when you place an order with us.


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, followed by a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking information once your order has been shipped.


2. Shipping Destinations and Timeframes

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, European Union and selected international destinations. Estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:

United Kingdom

  • Standard Delivery: £0.99, free on orders over £10.00 — estimated 7–15 business days

European Union

  • Standard International Shipping: £3.99 — estimated 10–20 business days

International (Rest of World)

  • Standard International Shipping: £4.99 — estimated 14–30 business days

Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing and carrier availability.


3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email. You can use this link to monitor the progress of your delivery at any time.

Please allow up to 5 business days after dispatch for tracking information to update, as it can take time for the carrier to scan and register your parcel in their system.


4. Fulfilment Method

Cornwell's Store operates using a direct fulfilment model, meaning some orders are shipped directly from our supplier's warehouse to your delivery address. This allows us to offer a wider product range and competitive pricing. All orders remain the full responsibility of NowTrend regardless of the fulfilment method used.


5. Customs, Duties and Taxes

For orders delivered within the United Kingdom, all applicable taxes are included in the product price at checkout — there are no hidden charges.

For international orders, your parcel may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are outside our control and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an international order.

We are required by law to declare the full value of all shipments on customs documentation and cannot mark orders as gifts or undervalue declarations.


6. Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to meet our estimated delivery timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • High volume periods such as holiday seasons and sale events
  • Customs clearance processing for international orders
  • Extreme weather conditions or natural events
  • Carrier disruptions or strikes
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided at checkout

If your order has not arrived within the maximum estimated timeframe, please contact us at [your email address] and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.


7. Lost or Missing Parcels

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Check with neighbours or other household members in case it was accepted on your behalf
  • Check any safe places or outbuildings the carrier may have used
  • Check with your local delivery depot or sorting office
  • Contact us at 07498560782 if the parcel still cannot be located

We will raise an investigation with the carrier. If your parcel is confirmed as lost, we will arrange a full replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.


8. Incorrect Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. NowTrend cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to correct the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee amendments once an order has been processed.


9. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the carrier is unable to deliver your order, they will typically leave a calling card with instructions for collection or redelivery. Please follow the instructions on the card promptly as uncollected parcels may be returned to us.

If a parcel is returned to us due to a failed delivery or uncollected parcel, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery of returned parcels.
