Cornwell's Store is an online retail store operated as a sole trader business based in the United Kingdom. We sell beauty, wellness, lifestyle and outdoor products to customers in the UK and internationally.

By placing an order with us, you confirm that:

3. Orders and Contract Formation

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the stated price. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email acknowledging your order.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
  • Cancel orders where pricing errors have occurred due to technical issues
  • Limit the quantity of products available to any individual customer
  • Discontinue any product without prior notice

If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds Sterling (£) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Any other payment methods displayed at checkout

Payment is taken in full at the time of placing your order. We use industry-standard encryption and secure payment processors to protect your financial information. We do not store your full card details on our systems.

We reserve the right to amend prices at any time. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:

  • United Kingdom: 7–15 business days (standard free delivery)
  • European Union: 10–20 business days
  • International: 14–30 business days

Please note that these are estimated timeframes and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control including customs processing, carrier delays and public holidays.

A tracking link will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched. Cornwell's Store is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs authorities or events beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the address specified in your order.

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day returns policy from the date of delivery.

Your right to cancel (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery.

How to return an item

  • Contact us  within 30 days of delivery
  • State your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for return
  • We will provide you with return instructions within 2 business days

Condition of returned items

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and original packaging where possible
  • Items that have been used, damaged or altered may not be eligible for a full refund
  • For hygiene reasons, certain personal care and skincare products cannot be returned once opened and used, unless they are faulty

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent

Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you, including any return shipping costs where applicable.

7. Dropshipping Disclosure

Some products sold through NowTrend are fulfilled directly by third-party suppliers. This means your order may be shipped directly from the supplier's warehouse. This does not affect your consumer rights, our returns policy or our commitment to customer service. All orders remain the responsibility of Cornwell's Store regardless of fulfilment method.

8. Product Information and Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images and specifications are accurate. However:

  • Product colours may appear slightly different on screen due to monitor settings and photography
  • Product dimensions and weights are approximate
  • We reserve the right to make minor product updates without notice provided they do not materially affect product quality or function

If you receive a product that materially differs from its description, please contact us and we will resolve the matter promptly.

  • Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that order
